Marshall Islands sue nuclear powers

During a twelve year period, from 1946 to 1958, the Marshall Islands in the Pacific were the site of 67 nuclear tests, including one, in 1954, that was equivalent to a thousand Hiroshima explosions. Islanders are now suing the nine nuclear powers over this  "flagrant denial of human justice". You can read more about this case by clicking on the image below.
